Self-coaching · $49.99/month

Nobody’s checking in on you. So the app does.

Meal plans built from your numbers. Workouts that remember what you lifted. A grocery list you can order. And one honest read each week that names the single thing to change — then changes it for you.

Card required. Cancel any time in the first 7 days and you’re not charged.

Sunday

Your best week yet

Down 1.4 lb, and 2.1 lb from your goal.

Change nothing

This is working. The temptation after a good week is to push harder — the thing that got you here was consistency, so keep it identical.

01

Sunday tells you one thing — and one tap does it

Most weeks it says keep going, and means it. When it doesn’t, it names the single thing worth changing and then changes it: every meal in every plan resized to the new target, keeping whole items whole.

Being told to change nothing, by something that would have told you otherwise, is worth more than praise.

02

It tells you the date you’ll get there

Read from your own trend, not a promise on a sales page. Daily weight bounces — that’s water. Once there’s enough of the real trend to be sure, it names the day.

And when the trend doesn’t lead there, it says so instead of inventing a date.

03

Why the scale jumped, before you draw the wrong conclusion

If you have a cycle, it moves your weight by a pound or more in the days before a period — fluid, not fat, and gone a few days later. Log it once and Progress says so on the morning it happens, instead of leaving you to decide the week was wasted.

Nobody is there to tell you that one is water. So the app is.

04

Log what you actually ate, not what you were told to

Swapped the smoothie for the yogurt? That is your plan, followed. Tap the meal and pick what you really had — your own meals first, sorted by what you choose most. Ate something else entirely? Write it down, with the protein, and the day still counts.

A plan you can be honest with is a plan you keep using.

05

The food is decided, and the shopping is done

A plan built from your numbers — different meals by day if you want them — and a grocery list in bags and cans, not grams. Shop a week at a time or two, whichever suits you, and it’s ready to order.

The bit that actually eats your Sunday, handled.

06

Hate a meal? Change it in seconds

Search real brands with real numbers. Swap one ingredient, swap the whole meal, or build one from scratch — the plan recalculates and the grocery list follows. Anything you’re allergic to gets flagged in red.

It’s your plan. It should look like food you’d actually eat.

07

And it won’t let you starve yourself

Every plan gets checked, every time you open it — against what your body actually needs. Calories, protein and fat all have floors, and they scale with your size rather than a chart. Pregnant or nursing, it changes the rules and says so.

Most apps will happily let you build a 900-calorie day and say nothing.

08

Then it tells you to stop dieting

A fat loss phase runs ten to sixteen weeks. After that the answer isn’t pushing harder — it’s a month at maintenance, which is what makes the next stretch work and what keeps the weight off.

No consumer app does this. Every good coach insists on it.

09

Training, with last time’s numbers right there

Your session laid out set by set, and what you lifted last time sitting beside each exercise — which is the only number that decides what you pick up today. No equipment? Swap any movement for one you can actually do.

Every session logged, so next week has something to beat.

10

Your day, in about a minute

Tick meals off as you eat them. Log a weight, some water, how you slept. Miss a day and you can fill it in later — and anything you don’t want, you can switch off entirely.

A smaller app is a better app if the rest wasn’t for you.

11

And if you ever want a coach, nothing moves

Every weigh-in, every plan, every week you’ve logged stays exactly where it is. Rachel opens your history on day one instead of an empty account — same login, nothing to export, nothing to start again.

Most apps make you leave to get help. This one hands it over.

It knows what enough food looks like for you
  • · Targets scale with your bodyweight — 2 lb a week is ordinary at 250 lb and reckless at 130
  • · Protein and fat have floors, not just calories
  • · Pregnant or breastfeeding changes the numbers, so it asks
  • · A diet phase runs 10–16 weeks, then it tells you to eat at maintenance for a month
And it tells you when you’ll get there

Not a guess from two weigh-ins. Once there’s enough to read a trend it names a date — and when the trend doesn’t lead there, it says so instead of inventing one.

160 lb by 9 October

At 1.1 lb a week — right where you should be for your size.

Limited spots — it’s one person doing the coaching.

Bring 3 people and yours is free

Everyone gets a link when they join, and each person takes a third off your bill — so the first one pays for itself and the third makes it free. Not a month off, not a code that expires: it lasts as long as they’re members.

The condition, plainly: a referral counts once that person stays past their free trial. If someone leaves, your discount steps back down with them — which is the only way an offer like this can be honest.

Questions worth asking

What happens after the free trial?

We take your card when you start, and the first payment comes out on day 8. Cancel any time before then in two taps and you pay nothing — we’ll remind you the day before either way.

Do I have to eat a particular way?

No. You tell it how you eat — no restriction, vegetarian or vegan — and the plans follow. Every meal is built from food you actually like, and you can swap any of it.

What if I’m not trying to lose weight?

Gaining and maintaining are first-class options, not afterthoughts. The targets, the pace and the weekly read all change accordingly, and nothing congratulates you for losing weight you were trying to put on.

Is this safe if I’ve had a difficult relationship with food?

Every plan is checked against what your body actually needs, and it says something when a day is too little — including when the total looks reasonable but sits under what you burn at rest. It never hides your plan from you, and it points at a doctor or dietitian rather than at itself. That said: if food feels hard to control, please talk to a professional. An app is not the right tool for that on its own.

What do I get if I upgrade to coaching?

Rachel builds and adjusts your plan herself, replies to your messages, and works with you week to week. Everything you’ve already logged comes with you — same login, same history, nothing to move.

Can I cancel whenever?

Yes, from your account, in two taps — no email, no phone call, no talking anyone out of it. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
